Return Policy
Please understand that each piece of art is carefully and uniquely handmade, no two pieces will be the exact same. With that in mind, I am extremely dedicated to making each piece as exact as possible. Look carefully at the product's picture AND item description. Always feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.
Returns can be done if absolutely necessary. IF you receive your product and you are not happy with it, please email us at info.hazel.bloom@gmail.com and we will work with you to find the product you are happy with. Jewelry must be unworn in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. If you do not contact us within 4 days after you receive the product, we will not issue refunds, grant returns or store credits.
Travel damage can happen when our delicate products are not handled appropriately. If you receive a product from us that was damaged from shipping please email us a PICTURE of the damaged packaging. **NO REFUNDS will be issued.** You will receive a store credit to place another purchase. Unfortunately due to the number of each product handmade means we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item back. Our items are uniquely made in small batches. However; if any item comes to you damaged from shipping we want to be as accommodating as possible therefore, make sure to contact us.
